A: To report a lost or stolen debit card, please call Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm 970-887-1221 Or after our normal business hours, call 1-800-523-4175.

A: You can check your account history, transfer funds between Grand Mountain Bank accounts, pay your Grand Mountain Bank loan, and set-up bill payments.

A: We are working to allow you to deposit your checks. Although we don’t have that yet, we do have 4
offices in Grand County with night depositories that you can make a deposit to 24/7.

A: For security purposes, we do not allow an account to be opened through online banking. Please stop by one of our 4 Grand County offices to open a new account. We look forward to meeting you in person.

A: Although you can’t apply for a loan online, you can call us or email us and we can send you an application for the type of loan you are looking for. The Bank offers home, construction, commercial and consumer loans.
